They contacted Bee Happy Translation Services in 2020, and the vendor manager needs Indonesian agencies to transcribe several audios. They said that their client would like to improve their AI by using ASR (Auto Speech Recognition). EC Innovations has a lot of short audios; they have their platform to keep confidentiality, and the important thing is they want accuracy above 98%.
